Mid Manair reservoir oustees to get compensation

RAJANNA-SIRCILLA: In view of SRSP water reaching gradually to Mid Manair Reservoir (MMR), collector D Krishna Bhasker visited the affected villages Neelojipalli, Rudravaram and Kodurpaka on Sunday.

Learning that some people do not want to vacate from the villages, he interacted with the villagers and suggested them that there is no way to stop the water from reaching MMR. The collector promised villagers that all pending compensation will be paid to outstees who were actual eligible within one week. He also promised that basic amenities will be ensured in the R&R colonies.
