Chief Minister on Monday threw light on development of post which took place post bifurcation of the state.

Speaking on topic 'Next Level Competency' Naidu addressed 450 officers of All Services and Civil Services at Lal Bahadur Shastri Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie. In Mussoorie

Naidu urged senior IAS officers to learn things from the society and environment to bring efficiency.

The Chief Minister delivered a useful speech and gave key lessons on policy-making, imparting his immense experience in administration and real-time governance to the IAS officers.

He connected to the IAS officers by explaining them about the main elements involved in serving the people.

This is the second visit of CM in LBSNAA, earlier in 2015 he was chosen to deliver lessons on policy and governance for IAS officers in 2015.
