CAT 2017: Online Application Ends Today; Apply At Iimcat.ac.in

New Delhi:  The online registration for CAT 2017 ends today. The application process was earlier supposed to end on September 20 but the last date was extended till today to allow students who missed out on the deadline a chance to apply for the exam. Students who wish to appear for CAT this year should complete their application process immediately as the deadline would not be extended further. The CAT 2017 exam has been scheduled for November 26, 2017 and is being organized by IIM Lucknow this year. 

Candidates will be provided limited option to correct any mistake in submitted application form from September 27 to 30. Candidates will also be given the option to request assistance for PwD candidates from September 27 to 30. 

Mistakes to avoid while applying for CAT 2017

In order to complete the application process without any hurdle a candidate should avoid following mistakes while filling their application form:

1. Provide your own email id and phone number when registering on the CAT 2017 portal. Your login id and password would be sent on the registered id and number. 
2. Check the specifications required for uploading photo, signature and other required documents before you begin application process. If the photo and documents are not in the required format and size, then you won't be able to upload them.
3. Select exam city centre carefully. Candidates would have the option to select 4 centres out of 140 available exam cities. 
4. Candidates should select same interview city for the following IIMs :  IIM Kashipur, IIM Raipur, IIM Ranchi, IIM Rohtak, IIM Tiruchirappalli, and IIM Udaipur.
