‘Innovation comes from collective effort’

HYDERABAD: The best leadership and innovation comes from collective team effort, this was the take away from the first day of two-day Leadership Summit 2017 held at Indian School of Business (ISB) on Saturday in Hyderabad. The day long seminars on leadership and innovation had many industry veterans speaking on a wide range of topics from.


“Start ups can happen at any point in time, we started ours in 1996. If you go along the NCR areas in Delhi today, all the companies you see there were early day start ups in India,” said Pramod Bhasin, founder, former president and Chief Executive Officer of Genpact at the inaugural ceremony.
“None of us knew what we were doing, everyday was a surprise, there were new problems and we found solutions for them. Things would go wrong, but we kept going. We got people from various industries to build a team, not just one sector like IT” he added.

Agricultural growth increased: Fadnavis
Hyderabad:
Acknowledging the farmers’ distress in Maharashtra, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that his government has been able to turn around agricultural growth from negative growth to 12.5 per cent within two and half years. The minister made the claim while speaking on leadership at the Leadership Summit organised by the Indian School of Business.
