After Kangana Ranaut’s 2013 film ‘Queen’ became a super-hit, south-Indian star Kajal Aggarwal is all set to step into Kangana’s shoes for Queen’s south remake. And now, the film’s name has been revealed along with its first look. Titled ‘Paris Paris’, this Tamil/Telugu remake will be helmed by Ramesh Aravind, who last made Kamala Haasan’s Uttama Villain.

The first poster of the film features a butterfly in the center, with its wings having a montage of different facets of Paris that Kajal, the lead actor connects with. From an ‘I love Eiffel Tower’ to guitar to coffee and what not, the new poster looks intriguing. Kajal Aggarwal has posed for another poster of the film as well. Her look is stylistically different but the spirit of the film appears to be the same.

For the uninitiated, ‘Queen’ portrayed the story of a single girl’s adventures in Paris, who gets left at the altar on her wedding day and then decides to flee off for her honeymoon alone. While Kangana played Rani in the film, Rajkummar Rao essayed her fiance’s role. From funny travel stories to making new friends, Kangana Ranaut’s Queen journey was spectacularly detailed and well-thought-of and was loved by the audiences as well.

Let’s see if Kajal can pull off the same in the south! ‘Paris Paris’ will also be released in Kannada along with Tamil and Telugu. Kajal Aggarwal was last seen in Ajith’s Vivegam and Rana Daggubati’s Nene Raju Nene Mantri, both of which happened to be a box office success.
