The Committee of Administrators (CoA) will hear the three claimants from the Union Territory of Puducherry for recognition as an Associate Member of the BCCI at the Cricket Centre on Wednesday.
The CoA has asked the three claimants to make written submissions and appear before them, so that they can form an opinion and convey the same to the Supreme Court in two weeks time.
The CoA has been asked to furnish a copy of the Affiliation Committee to the three quarrelling parties and offer “reason” for the decision they arrive at. The apex court has even suggested that the association chosen by the CoA shall be allowed to represent Puducherry as an Associate Member.
