External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will address the UN General Assembly (UNGA) on September 23. She had arrived in New York on Monday to represent India at the annual UN General Assembly (UNGA) session with a packed schedule of super diplomacy among an array of world leaders. This is 72nd United Nations General Assembly debate. This year’s theme is “Focusing on people — striving for peace and a decent life for all on a sustainable planet”. More than 100 world leaders, thousands of diplomats and advocates will convene in New York City from 19-25 September 2017.
