Railway officials rushed to the sport but clarified that no one was injured as the train was going to the yard for cleaning. The train traffic was not affected due to the derailment, they added.

This comes after series of derailment was reported in last one month resulting in Suresh Prabhu, the-then union minister for Railways, offering to resign and major overhaul in the senior management of the Railway Board.
