Ujjain : Cameras will be installed at entry and exit gates of the Mahakaleshwar temple to keep tab of total number of devotees visiting the temple. A Noida based company Tech Mahindra has been given the project.
The system will ensure that a person’s presence will be registered by an automatic server as one enters the gate. These servers have been kept in the administrative building of the temple. The location of a person at any given time inside temple premises can be registered on mobiles. The entry of a person will be registered real time, and gathered in the hosted server file of the system.
Mahakaleshwar Temple Management Committee administrator Kshitij Sharma and smart city project CEO Avadhesh Sharma said this was part of steps towards realization of a smart city. This project will also enhance security for devotees.
