Nazrin, 2, died on the spot while her maternal grandmother sustained severe injuries when a canopy of their house fell on her. This incident occurred at 4 pm on Saturday in Namdarpura area under the jurisdiction of Jiwajiganj police station. The injured woman has been admitted at the Civil Hospital. Neighbours informed that the house in question is a quite old and required repair, but the owner paid no heed to it which resulted in this fatal accident.
