Till they stay here, they will be given food and shelter. Our prime minister has made it clear that Rohingyas will be taken care of. But we want the problem to be solved and all Rohingyas to go back to their country."

"Yes, we want all Rohingyas to return to their country. Our PM came here and she said that every Rohingyas should be back because it is a problem of Myanmar and should be sorted by them only," Saifuzzaman said echoing with the prime minister's stand.

There are presently five lakh Rohingyas in Bangladesh and the government is contemplating to provide Noakhali island to build settlement for the refugees.

"A special arrangement is being made by our government. We will identify an area where only rohingyas will stay. It will be a challenge, we know it, but we will overcome this problem also," said Saifuzzaman.

He said that the perceptions of security threat also prevails in Bangladesh. "Yes, there is threat but we are doing it on humanitarian grounds so that the innocent will not suffer.
