Intellect Design Arena lost 7.4% to Rs 121.30 at 14:48 on on profit booking after gaining 11.77% in the preceding four trading sessions to settle at Rs 131 yesterday, 21 September 2017, from its close of Rs 117.20 on 15 September 2017.

Meanwhile, the S&P Sensex was down 399.39 points, or 1.23% at 31,970.65. The S&P Small-Cap index was down 446.74 points, or 2.66% at 16,338.08.

On the BSE, 1.65 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.33 lakh shares in the past one quarter. The stock had hit a high of Rs 130.10 and a low of Rs 119.15 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 184.90 on 21 September 2016 and a 52-week low of Rs 96.50 on 11 August 2017.

The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till 21 September 2017, gaining 18.07% compared with the 3.55% gains in the Sensex. The scrip also outperformed the market in past one quarter, advancing 14.84% as against Sensex's 3.47% gains. The stock, however, underperformed the market over the past one year, sliding 26.47% compared with the 13.55% gains in the Sensex.

The small-cap company has equity capital of Rs 62.54 crore. Face value per share is Rs 5.

On a consolidated basis, Intellect Design Arena reported net profit of Rs 5.80 crore in Q1 June 2017, compared with net loss of Rs 6.29 crore in Q1 June 2016. Total income rose 10.37% to Rs 241.17 crore in Q1 June 2017 over Q1 June 2016.
