Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that at the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held today i.e. Friday, September 22, 2017, the resolutions with respect to the matters/items set out in the notice have been approved/passed by the members of the Company.

Further, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that at the 32nd AGM of the Company held on Friday, September 22, 2017, the members of the Company have appointed M/s. Satinder Goyal & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN: 027334N) as Statutory Auditors of the Company, for a term of five (5) consecutive years, i.e. to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of 37th Annual General Meeting, to be held in the year 2022, in compliance with the mandatory provisions for rotation of Auditors under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013.Source : BSE
