Durga Puja Bonanza: Mercedes-Benz India delivers 51 cars in Kolkata in a single day

Mercedes-Benz India delivered 51 cars in Kolkata and its neighbouring districts during the 1st day of the festive season in the country.

Mercedes-Benz India has recorded 51 cars sales on the first day of the festival season in Kolkata. The deliveries of 51 vehicles were made across Kolkata and neighbouring districts including Malda, Asansol and Siliguri. In Kolkata and its neighbouring markets, there is an upward trend in sales since June this year. There was a good number of demand for sedans including the C-Class, E-Class and the CLA followed by SUVs. In order to celebrate festivities in the country, Mercedes-Benz is also providing its customers with discounts and offers on purchase of Mercedes-Benz models. The customers who bought the cars during the time were mostly businessmen in the age group of 35 to 45 years.

Mercedes-Benz India registered 3,650 units quarterly between January and March, 2017. During the Diwali festive season, it is expected that the sales of the company will increase further.
