This is to intimate that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 25th September, 2017 at 04:00 p.m. at the Corporate Office of the Company to inter alia, consider and transact the following businesses:

1. Conversion and allotment of 2,25,00,000 (Two Crores Twenty Five Lakhs only) convertible warrants of face value of Rs. 1/- each issued to promoters on preferential basis at a price of Rs. 3.50/- (Rupees Three and Fifty Paisa only).
