The equity shares of Lasa Supergenerics Ltd, a demerged entity of Omkar Speciality Chemicals Ltd (OSCL) today got listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE.
Lasa group is a veterinary API manufacturing entity, which was acquired in April 2012 as a 100 per cent subsidiary by OSCL.
As per the scheme of arrangement, Lasa Supergenerics has made allotment of 2,05,78,004 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the shareholders of the OSCL in the ratio of 1 equity share of Rs 10 each of Lasa Supergenerics for every share of Rs 10 each held by the shareholders of Omkar Speciality Chemicals.
"Going forward, we are looking at organic CAGR of 20-25 per cent and forward integration into formulations business. The company posted a turnover of Rs 200 crore and aims to cross Rs 500 crore mark by 2020," Lasa Supergenerics chairman Omkar Herlekar told PTI here.
The company is also looking at increasing its footprint and targets 50 per cent of exports at Rs 250 crore by 2020, he said.
