Activist lodges complaint with ACB against Siddaramaiah

Alleging illegal mining of granite rock in a land given by the Central to the then Mysuru Maharaja way back in 1950, an RTI activist has lodged a complaint with the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) against chief minister

Complainant K R Ravindra alleged that illegal activities were going on at the behest of chief minister in survey number 1 of Baby Bettada area in Mandya district, about 100 km from here.


He claimed till now the RTC (records of rights, tenancy and crops) showed that the land belonged to Mysuru Maharaja.

"It is a private land held by the Maharaja but the records were tampered with to show that the said piece of land belongs to This was done at the behest of chief minister Siddaramaiah," alleged Ravindra in his complaint.
