Puresight Systems, the distributor of US-based iRobot products in India, on Monday announced that it is offering mopping robot Braava jet worth Rs 19,900 free with the purchase of its vacuuming robot Roomba.
'Roomba 960', which comes at a price of Rs 64,900, extends mapping, adaptive navigation with visual localisation and Cloud-connected app control to a wide range of consumers, the company said in a statement.
Braava Jet is designed to mop and sweep hard floor surfaces, and tackle dirt and stains in small spaces like kitchens and bathrooms.
It combines a compact design, vibrating cleaning head, precision jet spray and cleaning pads to lift dirt and stains.
This festive season marks 15 years of iRobot's Roomba which was first rolled off the production line in 2002.
iRobot was founded by Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) roboticists in 1990.
