Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today announced a number of incentives for the employees in the state which includes equal work-equal pay policy, cashless medical facility, among others.
These decisions were taken at a meeting held with representatives of the Haryana Karamchari Mahasangh, an umbrella organisation representing various employees bodies.
An official spokesman said the government would implement 'equal work-equal pay' policy for the employees engaged under the outsourcing policy in different departments.
The government would also implement cashless medical facility for life threatening cases such as cardiac emergency, brain hemorrhage; third stage cancer; and accident, from November 1 this year.
A proposal to regularise the services of employees under the regularisation policy of 2011 would also be considered, the official spokesman said.
