In a disclosure to the exchanges, it said 3 crore shares each of Reliance Communications and Reliance Power were pledged with L&T Finance; 25 lakh shares of Reliance Infrastructure and 22 lakh shares of Reliance Capital with L&T Finance. As most group companies' shares are ruling near multi-year lows, Investors will monitor the development.
