Patrick detailed the contents of the 33-minute workout in her caption. The routine consisted of four 15-round blocks, with each block containing anywhere from two to four exercises ranging from lunges to push-ups to jumping jacks.
"I looooove making up workouts," Patrick wrote. "Kinda like I love putting an outfit together for dinner just as much as I like going to dinner. I like the creativity about it. The balance, the flow. This was a compound movement workout inspired by @tanyapoppett. I saw her do a workout with pillows and thought, ya, props!"
Total-Body Trifecta:
This video is yet another example of a workout that you don't need a gym to master. Patrick did this using just pillows, a couch, and a wall. (Here's another living room workout that will prove once and for all the couch is a force to be reckoned with. Or, for transformative workouts that you can do anywhere, try the Men's Health Get Back in Shape workout program.)
Obviously, there's a lot more to Patrick than just racing fast cars, as Men's Health discovered in a 2013 sit-down with her. She's also seriously committed to her physique and wellbeing, and it's made her fit as hell. So, the next time you feel like staying home instead of going to the gym, do it—just make sure you're getting a total-body workout like her.
