A brother-siter duo were today crushed to death near the Pilibhit bypass when a truck hit the scooter on which they were travelling, the police said.
Priya Pathak (21) and her brother Rohit Pathak (19) were killed on the spot in the incident, Superintendent of Police (SP) City Rohit Mishra said.
Bodies of the victims have been sent for postmortem.
An FIR has been registered in the matter and the police is trying to nab the truck driver who is absconding, Mishra said.
