Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will be visiting India on a three day tour along with his wife Akie Abe. They will arrive in Ahmedabad to attend the 12th India-Japan annual dialogue. Abe will be visiting Sabarmati Asharam and expected to sign around 10 MoUs.

Capacit’e InfraProjects Ltd will open its IPO today. The real estate construction company has fixed the price band between Rs 245 and Rs 250. It proposes to list its shares in both BSE and NSE.

The United Nations Security Council will meet today to discuss the violence in Myanmar’s Rakhine State. Around 313,000 Rohingya Muslims fled the country since August 25 when Rohingya militants ambushed security forces in the State.

Today will be the final hearing by NCLT for the Aircel-RCom merger. The merger was announced in September 2016 and it has already received nod from SEBI, CCI, BSE and NSE. The previous hearing was held on August 14.
