TTD chants transparency mantra

TTD is determined to enhance the transparency in the services being extended to the visiting devotees.

At a high level review meeting with the IT experts of both the TTD and the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) at the Annamaiah Bhavan on Monday, Tirumala-based TTD JEO K.S. Srinivasa Raju said that the transparency element would enable the management in extending the services in a better and speedy way. The meeting which dealt at length with regard to the improvements to be made in the cottage allotment system also discussed the subtleties to be effected in the soft application meant to be introduced at the Kalyanakatta – the tonsuring centre. It was also resolved to bring about 150 suites in the newly-built Nandakam guest house under the ambit of the advance reservation system to meet the growing demand from the pilgrims.

TTD chief of IT wing Sesha Reddy, CIO Sudhakar, Dyeos Harindranath and Venkataiah, OSD Lakshmi Narayana and experts from the TCS were prominent among others who took part in the meeting.
