Liquor shops near city schools, found to be degrading the atmosphere of the educational institutions, will be shut down, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said here on Tuesday.
Information about liquor shops spoiling the environment around schools has been sought from all Delhi schools, Sisodia tweeted.
"Despite regulation if liquor shops are found spoiling the environment around any school, it (liquor shop) will be closed down," he said in a separate tweet.
