Celkon Mobiles has introduced a ‘lifetime warranty’ for some of its feature phones. “While our competitors are offering limited warranty schemes for a short period of time, we are offering for the first time a life time warranty,” Celkon Mobiles Chairman and MD Y Guru has said. “With a lifetime warranty, we are establishing a long standing relationship of trust and integrity. This offer applies on select best-selling handsets. We are going to introduce a plan where a customer can buy a second phone at 50 per cent of the price, when he buys a ₹899 phone,” he said.
