Three bikers associated with Indian Motorcycle on Friday kickstarted “Wheels of Change” — a 14-day journey from Kanyakuamri to Kashmir to increase awareness on the education of the girl child.

The bikers, Anurag Srivastava, Niladri Saha and Bernard Lazar, will travel through 12 cities to raise funds for six schools in Delhi, Kanyakumari, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and Mumbai.

The bikers, who are entrepreneurs and software professionals, are from Rajkot, Delhi and Kochi and own the Indian Roadmaster which they are riding around.

“Education is an important tool that enables one to participate in decisions that affect their lives. We hope to raise ample funds to support this cause,” Srivastava said.

Saha, the other biker said: “We would urge everyone to come out and support this cause and contribute in every way possible.”

Commenting on the association, Lazar said that riding is his passion and for a noble cause such as this, he was always willing to show all the support required.
