DARTMOUTH, NS--(Marketwired - September 08, 2017) - Families and friends of those killed in alcohol and/or drug-related road crashes will come together this Saturday for a special ceremony of remembrance for their loved ones at the Nova Scotia Memorial Monument for Victims of Impaired Driving.
The monument is inscribed with the names of 113 victims of impaired driving, including 23 new names added this year. Each year, MADD Nova Scotia Chapters and Community Leaders host a special memorial service at the monument and a candlelight vigil to pay tribute to the innocent victims of impaired driving.
