U.S. private equity fund Marigold Capital & Investments to buy co's hotel in Chennai, the Economic Times reported, citing unnamed people aware of the development.
Hotel Leelaventure did not respond to an email sent by Reuters, while Marigold Capital & Investments was not immediately available for comment outside its working hours.
Up to Monday's close, stock had risen about 47 pct this year.
