Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail on Monday said Shital Mehta, Chief Executive Officer of its Pantaloons division, has resigned from the company. “Consequently, he will also cease to be one of the key managerial personnel of the company,” Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail said in a notice to the exchanges. The stock of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail closed 0.21 per cent higher at ₹170.85 on the BSE.
