The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has issued bailable warrants against Haryana and Rajasthan for not submitting action plan on cleaning river Ganga. A Bench headed by NGT Chairperson Justice Swatanter Kumar objected to the absence of counsel for both States and their failure to submit report despite its July 13 order.
