Rajasthan BJP president Ashok Parnami and newly-appointed general secretary Chandra Shekhar today reviewed the party's campaign to seek feedback from the people on various schemes of the state and central governments.
BJP state office-bearers, district presidents, district organising general secretaries and office-bearers of the campaign, 'Vistarak Yojna', were present in the meeting, a BJP spokesperson said.
The post of general secretary had been vacant for eight years and the charge was given to Shekhar following BJP president Amit Shah's recent visit to Rajasthan.
Assembly election in Rajasthan is slated for 2018.
Shah had instructed party workers to lay emphasis on strengthening the party at booth-level.
