The Houston Airports has resumed limited domestic and international airline passenger service following severe weather caused by Hurricane Harvey. The plan is to begin a phased return to service, with full service expected by this weekend. Contact your air carrier for specific flight status updates regarding your flight. Only those with a ticket for a confirmed scheduled flight should come to the airport. Many roads around the City of Houston are still unsafe for travel, therefore, we urge all passengers to take their time arriving to the airports and to solidify a safe route to and/or from our facilities.

Friday, 9/1/17 – George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)

FLIGHTS
Just over 500 flights will operate into and out of IAH today, 200+ of them United flights. All international flights will operate today EXCEPT for Atlas Air, British Airways, Emirates and Lufthansa.

Please visit here for the most up-to-date United flight status, or check your United app (which can be downloaded at the Apple App Store or on Google play). The United app allows you to register for flight updates via text or email, which may be quite useful in this situation.
