Generally speaking, Lovato is no stranger to an intense workout routine. She does mixed martial arts training at a Los Angeles gym several times a week, telling Us Weekly in May, "I feel the most confident when I'm in the gym. Lovato is also an advocate for combining maintaining an active lifestyle with body positivity. In April, she posted an update on her fitness progress with a post-workout bikini selfie. “No filter no edit, love your body the way it is,” she wrote (though we applaud the latter sentiment, we’re admittedly a liiiiitle skeptical about the former. Lovato has also collaborated with the fitness apparel line Fabletics on women’s workout clothes, regularly posting photos of herself in a workout bra and yoga pants on Instagram.
