The ninth edition of the TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI)’s three-day annual HR conclave, Disha, began in Manipal on Tuesday. Manoj Prasad, Vice-President (Organisational Development) of Reliance Industries Ltd, delivered the keynote address. Ramesh Shankar, Executive Vice-President and Head (HR) of Siemens, was the chief guest. Madhu Veeraraghavan, TAPMI Director, said Disha seeks to create a platform for industry leaders to discuss current issues, challenges and opportunities in the HR space. ‘Metamorphosis: Change is the only constant’ is the theme of the three-day conclave. Panel discussions, guest lectures and seminars are part of the event, a release said.
