Legislators Akbaruddin Owaisi and G.Kishan Reddy met GHMC Commissioner B. Janardhan Reddy on Tuesday at the GHMC headquarters, and discussed various developmental issues in their respective constituencies and outside.
Mr.Owaisi, accompanied by legislators Jaffer Hussain, Ahmed Bin Abullah Balala and Syed Aminul Jafri, placed before the Commissioner, various works to be taken up in Chandrayangutta constituency.
The works included extension of bridge in Chandrayangutta by 200 meters, construction of underpass at Midhani, construction of shopping complex in Barkas, development of sports facility in Barkas, widening roads, removal of encroachments, flyover from Muslim Jung bridge up to Goshamahal, widening of Firangi Nala, widening of road from Chintal Basthi to Banjara Hills among others.
Mr. Kishan Reddy, on the other hand, asked for a road from Ramanthapur to Moosarambagh, a bridge in Golnaka, additional vehicles for transporting demolition waste, silt removal from nalas, and shifting of garbage transfer station from Bathukamma Kunta, LED lights in Amberpet playground, double bedrooms, footpaths and others.
Mr.Janardhan Reddy assured action to both the legislators.
