Sir,
Some employees retire after rendering 28 years of service,some after rendering 30 years, some after 35 years,some after 40 years and so on, and whoever renders less service feels pinch. Retirement age fixed is also different in different departments, organizations .
Actually,a fixed length of service with a maximum capacity at say 60 years should have been the criteria in all departments to have uniformity.
Further,in the Departments where retirement age fixed is more than 60 years they usually get maximum chances of reemployment or are made members of one or other committee giving them further years of service. This is going on and on as can be gathered from reports in different newspapers. This is for the Government to look into.
