Developers offer discounts and innovative schemes to buyers

There are offers galore for prospective home buyers at Living Spaces, the property expo organised by The Hindu group on Saturday.

Inaugurating the fair at the Chennai Trade Centre in Nandambakkam, CREDAI Chennai Chapter president Suresh Krishn said 60 developers had participated in the expo, with attractive offers pertaining to a wide range of property .

The properties have been developed in various parts of the city including the neighbourhoods of Kilpauk, Adyar, Anna Nagar, Perungudi, Mogappair, Egmore, Sholinganallur, Porur and along key stretches such as Rajiv Gandhi Salai, GST Road, Poonamallee High Road and East Coast Road.

The developers will offer discounts and innovative schemes to buyers to make optimum use of the market conditions.

Some of the developers have even offered schemes to reduce the burden of buyers affected by the increase in stamp duty.

The organisers are making arrangements to handle the rush on Sunday, the last day of the expo.

Some of the developers have even offered schemes to reduce the burden of buyers affected by the increase in stamp duty. The State government increased the stamp duty and registration charges to increase revenue.

The organisers are making arrangements to handle the rush on Sunday, the last day of the expo.
