There will be no water supply in several parts of the city on Monday and Tuesday owing to repairs to the 800 mm gravity pipeline of Raiwada supply.
Repairs will be taken up to the pipeline from Monday morning to Tuesday evening.
According to a GVMC release, the following areas will be affected: NSTL Area, Butchirajupalem, NAD Kotha Road, Gopalapatnam, Madhavadhara, Muralinagar, Marripalem, Kancharapalem, Kapparada, Ramji Estate, A S R Nagar, Kancharapalem Metta and on either side of the highway, P&T Colony, Doctors’ Colony and HB Colony. While areas up to Urvasi Junction will be affected on Monday, on the next day the others will have no supply. To make up for the lack of supply during the repair, supply will be made by tankers to the affected areas.
