Wall Street opens higher as tax reform, Yellen speech in focus

(Reuters) - U.S. opened higher on Friday on that President Donald Trump will turn his attention to reform next week and as investors awaited Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen's speech for clues on the future path of rate hikes.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 57.23 points, or 0.26 percent, to 21,840.63. The S&P 500 gained 8.09 points, or 0.33 percent, to 2,447.06. The Nasdaq Composite added 24.07 points, or 0.38 percent, to 6,295.40.
