As you can see, the procedure is not pretty, as a substantial amount of blood and pus issues forth from this imposing blemish.
"'He really took good care of this cyst," Lee says in the video. "He nurtured it and let it get nice and to this size and not popped. That's impressive." Kudos are in order, we suppose.
After draining the cyst, Lee then sews up the man's forehead, hopefully leaving him with nothing but a small scar in the place where that "unicorn" once stood.
