Late yesterday it was revealed that UFC fighter Jon Jones tested positive for the anabolic steroid Turinabol in his recent UFC 214 victory over Daniel Cormier. The UFC fighter will next face a disciplinary process that could result in a four-year ban from the sport and the return of the UFC light heavyweight title back to Cormier.

This isn't Jones' first run-in with banned substances, or even title strips. In 2015, he literally lost everything after testing positive for cocaine. Then, according to TMZ Sports, Jones failed a United States Anti-Doping Agency test back in 2016, just prior to UFC 200. Jones was removed from the main event and given a one-year ban for providing samples that contained called clomiphene and letrozole, two hormonal substances commonly taken with testosterone.

"We are all at a complete loss for words right now. Jon, his trainers, his nutritionists and his entire camp have worked tirelessly and meticulously the past 12 months to avoid this exact situation," a rep for Jones said in a statement yesterday. "We are having the samples tested again to determine the validity or source of contamination."

Jones reportedly blamed his 2016 failed drug test on a male enhancement pill, claiming he didn't know the pill contained any banned substances. (Get ripped the right way. The Men's Health Metashred Extreme workout will give you blistering-fast results and a better body in just 21 days.)

No matter the outcome, anabolic steroids are a serious offense. If you're wondering about whether or not someone you know is juicing, here are the signs to look for to tell if someone is using steroids.
