Mayor Koneru Sridhar and Municipal Commissioner J. Nivas on Tuesday inaugurated the refurbished Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and Raghavaiah Park on M.G. Road.
Mr. Nivas said the park had been renovated to attract families and youth. A selfie point that features a vertical garden had been set up inside the park, he said. The corporation had spent nearly ₹30 lakh to develop the park with greenery, fountains, selfie point, play equipment for children and other facilities, he said.
Mayor Koneru Sridhar called upon the public to visit the park and spend quality time with their families. He appreciated the officials for developing the park. Local corporator N. Balaswamy and others were present.
