A hacker recently broke into Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn’s phone and got ahold of a nude selfie ex-boyfriend Tiger Woods had sent her while they were dating.

In response, Woods has hired a lawyer and is threatening to sue Celeb Jihad, the website that leaked the photo, if they don’t take it down, TMZ reported on August 21.

Woods and Vonn dated for two years, and ended their relationship in 2015 when Vonn said that the scrutiny they were under as a celebrity couple at the top of their sports was too much to handle.

If this case does end up going to court, there could be some serious consequences. The guy who hacked into the iCloud and gmail accounts of celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence, Rihanna, and Kate Upton in 2014 was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison.

6 Things Every Man Should Know About His Penis:

“It is an outrageous and despicable invasion of privacy for anyone to steal and illegally publish private intimate photos,” a rep for Vonn told Page Six. “Lindsey will take all necessary and appropriate legal action to protect and enforce her rights and interests. She believes the individuals responsible for hacking her private photos as well as the websites that encourage this detestable conduct should be prosecuted to the fullest extent under the law.”

Earlier this year, an iOS app called Rumuki came out that can help safeguard any sex tapes or nude photos you have on your phone. After you and your partner each download the app and link each others’ accounts, you can take videos with it so that they’re encrypted onto your phones. The only way you can view anything after it’s encrypted is if you both provide consent. You can also set expiration dates on the content so that things will vanish completely, giving no one—including any hackers out there—access.
