Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan today said distribution of welfare pension to the tune of Rs.3100 crore to 50.13 beneficiaries would be completed by August 29.
The pension amount would be distributed to beneficiaries before the coming Onam and Bakrid festive seasons, Vijayan said.
As per information received, more than 60 per cent of the welfare pension has been distributed till yesterday, Vijayan said in a facebook post.
