Sixty-eight cases of swine flu infection have been reported in Telangana since the beginning of this month.
A bulletin issued by the state government said 461 samples had been tested till yesterday since August 1, and 68 of them tested positive for the virus.
No death on account of swine flu has been reported this month.
Sufficient stock of medicines and testing kits are available at hospitals in the state, it added.
