Foster + Partners (F+P) will present a 400-page report of the master plan of the High Court and Assembly buildings on Thursday incorporating all the changes discussed in the previous review meetings. An F+P team will visit the site on Aug 24 and 25 and meet the Chief Minister for a follow-up of the master plan as September 30 has been set as the target date for the commencement of the project.
The Chief Minister insisted that the final outcome must result in iconic and unique buildings. “You can spend more time to thoroughly explore limitations of design and find solutions. I want the delivery of the project to be perfect”, he told the F+P team which met him on Wednesday.
