The Aamby Valley City, the dream project of business tycoon Subrato Roy located in the hill station of Lonavla in Pune district, has been put up for auction by the Bombay High Court, which is the official liquidator in the case.
For the Aamby Valley, the Supreme Court has appointed the Bombay High Court as the official liquidator.
The public auction notice was published in a newspaper on Monday.
Several properties of the Sahara Group in the case involving SEBI vs Sahara India Real Estate Corporation has been put up for auction and Aamby Valley is one of them. The total reserve price of all the Aamby Valley properties is Rs 37,392 crores.
