A 35-year-old biker was killed on the spot when a speeding private bus knocked down his vehicle and ran over him on Hosur Main Road on Friday.
The deceased, Vinay Babu, a resident of Ramamurthy Nagar, was employed in a factory in Hebbagodi. He was on his way to work when the accident occured.
The driver abandon the bus and fled the scene soon after the accident. The Hebbagodi police have taken up a case and are investigating.
