It seems Akshay Kumar’s film Toilet: Ek Prem Katha has entertained the audience at the theaters quite well as the film has opened to good numbers. The film has managed to earn Rs 13.10 crore on day one and according to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Akshay’s film started to pull the crowd post afternoon.

Taran tweeted, “#ToiletEkPremKatha picked up rapidly post noon onwards… Mass circuits have performed the best… Plexes decent/good. #ToiletEkPremKatha Fri β‚Ή 13.10 cr. India biz… Sat and Sun look better… Biz to get big boost on Tue [Independence Day].”

Toilet: Ek Prem Katha will mark Akshay Kumar’s second release this year after Jolly LLB 2, which also became one of the biggest openers in 2017 with a collection of Rs 13. 20 crore. His latest venture has also opened to positive reviews.
